Halloween 2010 and Kinsley's First Haircut

Halloween 2010 was such a good time for all of us. We went to the Indianapolis Zoo Boo the weekend before Halloween. Trick or treating was on Saturday, Oct. 30. We started out at the park for the Halloween Hike and then headed to Grandma Arthur's for some trick or treating. On Halloween night, we visited a few neighborhood houses and then stayed home to pass out candy for the trick-or-treaters. Kinsley loved passing out the candy! Our little gnome had a great time and she continued to ask to trick-or-treat each night.

Kinsley got her first haircut on Nov. 2. She loved sitting in the chair and was very well behaved. Here are a couple of pictures of her big day!:)

Summertime

This summer has been a lot of fun. We've been busy swimming, going on vacation, and hanging out with lots of friends. We started the summer out getting Kinsley's picture taken. Suni did such a great job and really captured Kinsley's true personality.

We went on our first family vacation this summer to visit Kinsley's uncles in Phoenix. We had a great time swimming with Uncle Lance, Aunt Misty, and Uncle Baron. We got to see Grandpa, too. The highlight of the trip was taking Kinsley to Disneyland. She had such a good time riding the rides and loved Mickey Mouse!

Still to come... weddings, 4-H Fair, meeting new friends, and the start of Daycare 2010-2011... Coming August 2010!

Kinsley learns to read

Kinsley decided to take one of my books and read it. This is quite a task considering the book has 256 pgs. But she managed!:) Enjoy!!

Kinsley changes baby's diaper

Kinsley is growing and changing every day. She is hardly a baby anymore, but more like a little person. She watches every move we make and sometimes will do the same things. She has become very interested in her babies. Here is a video of her changing her baby's diaper.

Kinsley has been singing quite a bit but it has been difficult to tell what she has been singing. Last night, while she was singing, we figured out that it must be The Itsy Bitsy Spider, so Blayne started to sing and she started to do the motions with her. It's so cute watching her do the motions!:)
